We've included it as a "goodie" for our product Foxfire! for a number of years. It is indeed a cool tool. It allows us to provide developers even more event hooks for customizing report output. Within these hooks you can specify a variety of "*:" directives for effecting report output. My favorite example is using the *:IF directive to conditionally color the output of certain items in the report based on a target range of values. So if you want to show all customers who's sales volume is above say $5,000, and show those line items in red so that they really stand out on the report, you can with GenRepoX.
