Well, that's what we thought. They had a different opinion of it ;-) We've got the answer down now:

Us: Do you post invoices diffferently?
User: No
Us: Do you line cost differently?
User: No
Us: Then where is the problem - all we're doing now is checking your work?

Of course, I wouldn't have brought any of this up if I wasn't really interested in making the software as easy to use as possible.

I kind of like customizable, too. Even if it makes it a bit more complex.
