My problem: I have a graphic (bmp, jpg, ...)

When it fits on the screen, i have no problem :-)

When it is to big i want to do two (2) things:
1. Resize (scale) it, by giving a number (spinner ?)
2. Scrol the visible area (scrollbars ?)

Any tips or a way to do it ?
