I have recently taken on the task of porting a database from Access to VisualFoxPro (Front-end)/SQL Server (Back-end). I have experience with Access and SQL Server 6.5/7.0, but none with VFP 6.0. I am desperately in need of direction with finding the VFP/SQLServer resources/information that I need to complete this project.

I purchased "Hacker's Guide to Visual FoxPro 6.0", and find it to be a great FoxPro reference. However, I think I need something that will go into more detail about the FoxPro/SQLServer relationship, and how to use them together.

The database in question is small, (less than 10 tables, with a total of less than 10,000 records), but we are anticipating a great deal of growth.

I have already set up the back-end part, but am having serious problems even begining to create the VFP front-end.

Does anyone have suggestions on where to look for related information? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
