I can't say - we use an in house developed framework. I have not heard anything bad about any of them though. You can search for framework here on the UT, and probably get hundreds of examples of how they work.
I have followed several threads that talk about the frameworks, and investigated them, but never implemented one out of the box.
Most will let you test drive them (like shareware). Give one a look see.
