From what I know you can't do this. However, the file you reicieved still should be in your personal folders of your Simple Mapi Client, ie Outlook, Exchange.
Maybe you could just save the Tos , from, subject, date, body text and attachments in an INI or DBF then just build it yourself when ever you need it. If its as a INI, a user could easily open and read it, and, using the registry ffc or lowlevel functions, it would be easy to rebuild and send through mail again.
