Crystal Reports is an option, if you like to have difficulty in building your distribution :-), I have found that ActiveReports has an awesome 3rd party report alternative to Crytal Reports, and the Built in Reporting facilities in VB6. It is event programmable (similar to Access), i.e., you get an event as it is about to draw header, detail, etc, and can make changes to the output on the fly. Belive the web address is www.datadynamics.com, and last I checked, they has a demo available. Best of all... There are very few depandancies, so its easy to put to gether your setup. There are about a million files that you have to include with Crystal...
