Try this, create a form. Put 2 standard CB s on it. Add a command button with a Click like:

thisform.combo1.readonly=!thisform.combo1.readonly
thisform.combo2.readonly=!thisform.combo2.readonly

Then Change the Style of one the Combos to 2-Dropdownlist, run the form, and click on the button. Let me know what happens.

In the form designer change the Style Property of a combo box to 2. Then try to change the Readonly property. Let me know what happens on your system. Thanks!
