That's actually close to the way I work here (since all my "customers" are internal). I'll write somthing or make changes in the morning and they'll be using it in the afternoon. The get the benefits of the software immediately, knowing that it may not be fully debugged yet. Of course, my turnaround time for a bug fix is usually pretty quick. It's not like they've got to wait a long time for an update.

It works pretty well for us. I can't imagine doing that for a large number of different customers, though.
