I purchased:

"Visual FoxPro 6 Enterprise Development"; (Primal Publishing, by Rod Paddock Ron Talmage John V. Petersen)

and

"Effective Techniques for Application Development with Visual FoxPro 6.0"; (Hentzenwerke, by Jim Booth & Steve Sawyer)

I purchased the second by mistake, thinking it was the "The Fundamentals: Building Visual Studio Applications on a Visual FoxPro 6.0 Foundation"; (Hentzenwerke, by Whil Hentzen, Doug Hennig) that Evan suggested. Unfortunately, I can't find this book anywhere. Neither Barnes & Noble nor Amazon.com carry it, and say it could take months to ship (I need it now!). I contacted Digital River (the company that Hentzenwerke uses to sell books on-line) and they said they are not currently shipping that title. I have tried contacting Hentzenwerke directly, but haven't had much luck. If I can find where to purchase this last book, I'd buy it also, as it looks as if it will have the most client/server information.

On a side note: I just wanted to say that I think it is very cool that Hentzenwerke/DigitalRiver provide immediate online downloads of purchased materials! No waiting, and digital books for online help. Very nice!
