Sorry, you asked that in the first place and I forgot.
Look at the bottom of the Project Manager window. You should see "Description" and "Path". "Description" is something you enter, "Path" shows where PM is looking for the file selected in the PM Window. To Enter a description for a file, right click on the file (or click on the Project menu) and choose "Edit Description..."
The PM Home Path is set the first time you open a project in a new directory. You see a dialog that reads something like "Project has been moved, make --- then new home directory? (Y/N)" Or you can set it manually by choosing the Project menu, clicking on Project Info... and looking on the Project page of the dialog.
