I haven't done that much Excel automation yet. Are you sure that .Visible is really what's causing it to go out of scope?

It's probably going to be fastest to build a CSV file and just tell Excel to open it.

I tried to keep the visible property to .f. in Excel, but when I do that, it seems the Excel object looses scope before the operation is complete and I get an OLE automation error. The nature of the spreadsheet is tollerance anaylysis in a manufacturing plant.
