Shaishav: Are you printing on the same printer you use for development? VFP saves printer information. If you are using DIFFERENT printers, then open the report as a table with USE MyReport.FRX. Go to the first record and blank the TAG and TAG2 fields. Next open the EXPR memo field and delete any printer-specific lines. Leave lines that set orientation, page length, etc.

Next, be sure your page setup stores the correct size. Paper length should not be affected by the height of the page footer or margins.

Top and bottom margins aren't set as margins - just move the data in the Page Header band up or down until it prints correctly. The report prints only enough detail lines to leave room for page footer data.
