I *think* that menus are designed to NOT work with modal forms (I believe there are ways you can trick VFP, but that's another matter).

My suspicion is that you have NOT coded a READ EVENTS in your application.

Check these two things out in the docs.

>Yes it does. Incidentally, I used to have a seemingly similar problem with my forms in that they deactivated as soon as I clicked, however that was resolved when I made the forms' windowtype property to Modal. Any suggestions for the menus?
