I think the fear is that it will drain off attendance from the other two conferences. That said, I could attend an after work/evening/weekend conference and can commit some time to make it happen. I am from the west coast so the UT times that would be good for me are:

8pm or later (UT time) during the week
weekends, probably later evening or early morning.
