I don't attend regularly, but I managed to get to last Friday's conference. It stayed at about 7 people for the first 1/2 hour then dwindled to 3 or 4 for the 2nd half.
I don't know about changing the times, I remember there was a huge discussion to get the current times. We could always have an unofficial time and conference.
