No idea of what it could be if this is not happening all of the times when you try to run the report, but if you manage to open your project and assuming that you are now using VFP 5.0 or 6.0., right click on you report designer and select Data Environment, there you will be able to check what cursors (tables, views, etc.) are being opened when the report launches.



>Actually I am not able to review the entire project right now. My VFP went kapop (technical term) and am reinstalling it. The table is a single stand alone table (not in a DB) opened with a "USE" statement. Not sure exactly what you mean by a cursor. I have been away from VFP for several months and my retention is bad.
