I am in need of a product to print formatted reports to a file so that I can email them to other offices in the company.

I have been exploring several possible solutions all of which have been fatally flawed so far.

1) Acrobat distiller - A perfect solution to the problem but we can't afford the $235 price for each of several machines it will need to be installed on. No Royalty free version.

2) OutputHos - Forces me to rewrite all my reports in a very crude format - line by line by hand.

3) FoxWord - Looked great but the driver would not install on my NT 4 development machine.

4) Crystal Reports - Would have to rewrite all my reports again. No information about runtime royaltys found.

Any other suggestions.
