Hi all,
We are using a binary file named isdiskin.bin to see if disk is in drive. Works great, but is there some way to check the write protect tab? Tried to write dummy file with ON ERROR DO... to trap the error caused by write protect, but you still get DOS's Abort Retry or Fail prompt.
Does anyone have a solution to this? Perhaps a more thorough version of isdiskin.bin? Or better yet, a FOX solution?

Had to select Foxpro Windows 2.6 category (We're doing this in DOS), but this problem and its solution probably applies to both Win and DOS.
