OK, here goes.

I see the Friday Conference now has this topic as a discussion point.

The conference chat can be used at anytime 2 or more members want to go there. I am willing to add to the Conference schedule any pre-appointed time if enough members are interested. This can even be a regularly scheduled conference. If there are no objections or other limitations I am not aware of, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings look good. Friday evening may be too soon after the Friday afternoon session. My preference, in order would be Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday. My preferred time would be 7:30pm Central [8:30pm UT time].

Criteria and Concerns as I have gleaned from responses and past knowledge:

1. To pick up the West coast [Pacific Time] members, it would probably need to start no earlier than 7:00 or 7:30pm Central time [8:00 or 8:30pm UT time].

2. Concern that another conference will be detrimental to the 2 regularly scheduled conferences. Based on what others have said about the number that attend, this is a non-issue. Personally, I think we should schedule conferences that maximize the participation, attendance, and the benefits to all those who just join to cyber-listen and learn.

3. Problem with the conferences being held during work hours would be resolved as much as possible in the America's [North, Central and South].

4. I like it because I, too, can not connect from where I work because we have such ports blocked. I can connect to an evening conference from home via my ISP.

Since I will not be able to participate in the Friday chat, I trust this will all be hashed out. All that will be left is for someone from Friday's conference post the fallout here or under a new thread.
