Well - I took your advice - found the CD that had the SRVTools in it and "installed" - I ended up with some NT Adminstrative tools and it sees my server , but not the SQL administrative stuff. I found and installed mmc.exe, but when I try to open the Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Manager.MSC thing from off theserver, I get a "snap in failed to initialize" error and I get nothing but one top level node called 'SQL Server' when it comes up.

Any further ideas? Anybody?
