Yeah.. I call it the MicroSoftSpeak Effect. They spend so much time keeping themselves up to date internally that they sometimes seem to forget that we're not all at the same level of cultural knowledge. I'd bet that if you were to ask that same question at a purely MSFT function that a lot of them would respond by asking why you didn't know that? *bg*
