Since I mis-interpreted Steven Black's voting functionality on Threads, it is my punishment to re-hash what he has already posted.

His idea was to vote ( hopefully you could make sure that only one vote per person ) as to the quality of the thread. A low vote would mean poor quality. It would be a way to quickly evaluate a long thread without spending a long time meandering through a meanlingless posts.

It is not termination of a thread as I originally thought.
