_SCREEN.ICON = file name for the main VFP screen. You need to set this up in CONFIG.FPW (or set SCREEN = OFF in CONFIG.FPW and change the _SCREEN.icon value before showing it) to avoid the default icon from appearing when the VFP main window first pops up during application startup.
