Hi, Jacob-
There are consultants in the community who can help you with the transistion. MicroEndeavors does some training. They also have a migration course of study that might be helpful. (I haven't taken it, just know that people have discussed it here.)

From their website (http://www.meiu.com/training/default.htm):

VF510
FoxPro 2.x to Visual FoxPro Migration Manual
This course demonstrates how to migrate an existing FoxPro 2.x DOS or Windows application to the power of Visual FoxPro 5.0. Using Micro Endeavor’s unique incremental migration methodology, this course illustrates the most efficient combination of your current FoxPro 2.x code with the new features of Visual FoxPro 5.0.

Also, Microsoft used to provide a migration CD. But, I don't know for sure that they are still offering it. I'm going to check. In the meanwhile, though, if you are working with a team of programmers used to structured programming styles, you may want a bit more than a book or CD. So, I'd strongly suggest having somebody come in and help you develop a migration plan.

Best of luck to you. (I'll post here if I find the MS migration link)
>Thanks for your response Nancy..

Unfortunately, I have a steep learning curve to go through because my staff is so wedded to our existing code, mostly in their head with very little documentation, that I need a transition plan that is eluding me that will keep me going while we make the transition. If you know of any approach / courseware that would help I would like to hear about it.
