It seems that at some point you will need to run all 75 reports/queries.


if youre using the report generator on the reports are identical except for lab no. and hour why not have the report generator do the separating
(i.e repo form myreport1 for labno=1 and hour=8)

Also
You might consider a couple of other things


a) Run only queries for hours past (ie if you're running the queries during the 10th hour no use in running all 17 hours.)
b) Combine the labs (i.e combine the Smaller labs or the labs in a particular building or floor)
c) combine the hours. (i.e make log file of 2 hour increments)
d) If the Database is cumulative--add an optimizable where clause that looks at only those records that where not already queried (i.e masterdb.logtime>labno.lastquerytime)
