My hunch is that you probably won't see any exam books specific to VFP for the same reason there aren't many VFP books.
I dunno. The VFP test seems to be a priority to some people at MS which was why the deal at DevCon. Perhaps there might be a book on the VFP cert tests; it's kind of a natural to have one or more (one for Desktop and one for Distributed?) as part of the MS Press series, isn't it?
