a minor but annoying pain in the butt.

I imagine there's a hot key that'll do the trick or an appropiate menu item in the debugger window but I can't find it.
The msdn help tells us everything you need to know about it without telling you how to switch it on (apart from using "set trbetween on")
but, tantalisingly refers to the "Trace Between Breaks command in the Trace window's Program menu." Neither my trace window nor the debugger window appear to have anything fitting the description "Program Menu".

So how do we toggle "trace between" without the hassle of getting to the command window?
