I am printing a report on an Epson LQ2170 using a custom size page (8" x 7"). "Continuous - no page break" causes the report not to advance to the top of the next page while "Continuous - page break" advances to the top of page but for an 8.5" page. I have tried both the manufacturer's printer driver and a Generic\Text driver - no difference. Any advice??
