The add a method reasons are all correct.

I would just add another layer of functionality where you create a bizobect class and add those proecedures as methods there.

Because the procedures probably all deal with manipulating data, and chances are that you will need to do similar manipulation at another time? If so all you do is drop the same class on a new form or use it in conjuction with reporting needs and most of your work is done.
