I want to connect with a INTERSOLVE ODBC32 driver to a progress database version 8.3b on a windows NT server.

How can I connect ? I have problems with the configuration of the ODBC driver and progress to get a good connection (message appears database server does not allow a non-progress connection and something about broker interface not started).

Configuration:
Windows 98 PC with ODBC32 DataDirect Connect ODBC 3.5 Intersolve (Merant).
Windows NT Server with progress 8.3B database up and running.
ServiceName = REMSNT
Hostname = vpa-alg
Protocol = TCP
File Services has line : REMSNT 2501/TCP

Can somebody help me, I have limited knowledge of Progress.
