Have you checked the scalemode of the graph, is it set to automatic?
If it is set to manual I have seen this.

It works fine for what I've to do but on some PC with NT4 (but not all PC with NT4) the control doesn't work, the chart it's empty, there are all controls like axis, caption and legend but the chart is empty like if data was 0, but data are ok 'cos if I doubleclick on graph I can see the grid data with right value.
