I've been isolating the places where a recordsource refers to the table in question, but there don't seem to be any more. Also, I've set the recno('view') breakpoint as you suggested and it picks up the changes that I programmed fine, but of course somewhere in between methods the record pointer changes and the debugger ignores it.

So I still haven't gotten it yet.
