page 2 will still be displayed on the screen. Both tabs will appear to be activated. Has anyone else had similar problems? We are running this sample app on a Pentium II 450 with Windows NT 4.0 SP3.

We use a 12 tab page frame with hundreds of objects. We had speed problems also . This is a known problem with VFP and is on their web site as a issue.

We solved the problem with two steps

First we upgraded the network (all of our dbf and exe reside on the netw)
Second, we adopted the technique of putting controls on page frames using delayed instantiation as explained in Effective Techniques by Jim Booth etal.

Our page frames are now pretty slick!
