Had to come in through the web...

Been getting the following message for the last couple of hours whenever I try running the navigator:

"The system is currently unavailable because the administrator is temporarily using the system in exclusive mode" etc

which, after 2 or 3 hours, I doubt to be true...

Is it?

and if not, anyone got a clue whats likely to be causing my problem?
