Not in VFP 5. You might want to think about it though. If you use 2 digit years you leave the actual date ambigous, it might be 1902 or 2002 or even 1802. Using 4 digit years is very easy to implement and the users DO NOT HAVE TO TYPE 4 digits, they will see 4 digits.
