The answer to your question is Yes and No...I have one program that is launched from another program (Canto Cumulus)as a script and actually I had always thought that was the reason for the anomaly. But, I have created another program that is a stand alone and I get the same result.

I then experimented with some dummy exe's I created to try and duplicate the situation and, sure enough, it happens with all of them unless I set the ShowWindow prop as maximized.
