I do it all the time. It must be noted that VFP will ONLY run 32 bit ODBC (odbc32.dll). You need to set up the connection in odbc admin before you bring it into VFP. Under database/connections you add the already setup odcb connection. You may need to re-install VFB and get the drivers first, or better yet instal Visual Studio 6 for the latesesed and 'greatest' drivers. A common error when setting up or useing ODBC is that all dll's must be the same version.
