In answer to my own question, since I just came across it as I was browsing through VFP help...

PUSH MENU _MSYSMENU
pushes the current system menu onto a stack

DO MYMENU.MPR
will add the menu item

POP MENU _MSYSMENU
will restore that menu




>What is the best way to add/remove a menu title to a menu? I know I can just do the mpg to add the title, but haven't found the command to remove it . Could someone alleviate my pounding headache and give me a clue? ;)
