Hi Jeff ---

You have to have some sort of dialog to prompt the user for saving or printing unless you define a shortcut menu to popup whenever...ohhhh...a right click in a grid or whereever the data is displayed. to save, Use the PUTFILE() function, take the returned filename and then COPY TO command to copy the cursor to the DBF file. For print, if the data will always be in the same format, consider creating a Report and using the REPORT FORM command.
