Suppose they only wanted a certain page out of the middle? Can't do it. They have to use the icon with PRINT MyReport TO PRINTER PROMPT behind it and specify the pages they want there. How come PREVIEW is all or nothing? Any ideas about how to manage this? Ideally, when they click PREVIEW, they should see the report. When thy click PRINT from the preview's toolbar, I'd want the prompt window to appear as with PRINT .... PROMPT.

Have you tried:

PRINT MyReport TO PRINTER PROMPT PREVIEW

This works in VFP6, not sure about VFP5.
