>>I have a form with the property ShowWindow set to 2-As Top-Level Form. In that form I have the following objects: 1 shape, 2 textboxes and a grid with at least one column (must have a column for the bug to occure). When I run the form and I give the focus to a text box, it changes its background to the one set for the shape. This problem occurs in VFP 6.0 but not in VFP 5.0.

>Funny :) Not only textbox coloring, shape is also serving as an ink refill :) Sendback the shape and place it so that part of it would be in touch with grid. First click on a textbox (which now doesn't have shape color???).Click on grid and voila header color changes ! Now bring it in front and click in grid. Nothing at first. But click on a cell that's adjacent to shape and voila ink is refilled and your cell is colored, click on another cell to color it also :) Very funny.

Very funny but not very usefull especially if your framework is already done with a top level form and containers!
What can I do to prevent this weird behaviour whitout rewritting all my framework?
