My goal is to emulate the old printscreen functionality that most DOS users are used to.
We have some clients who would like to simpoly push a key and have the captured screen instantly print out in one easy step.
Do you know if this is possible???

>Agree with Dave Johns' response; however, we usually use M$ Word for this purpose though paint allows you to more readily "resize" the printed image if necessary - you do not even need to "save" the file in order to print it in Word (saves disk space) and you can also use "preview" to check what you will be printing.
>As to pressing just one key, guess you could set up a macro to call/run Word (or paint) from within VFP and have another macro in Word to complete the task - try it? (g).
>On the other hand, what is your real objective here because that goal may be better and easier served overall by invoking a purpose designed report triggered by one specific key press? Reports are so easy to "assemble" in VFP and have so many ways to control data throughput that once created would produce faster results much more simply? HTH. /psb.
