>I am tring to get a simple Helloworld program to run, and consistantly get a DLL error on the IIS Server for USER32.DLL. This happens on the servern when the COM is called from the remote with http://heaven/scripts/foxisapi.dll/test.quevfp.helloworld. I have followed the setup and installation as close as possible, registered the exe, updated FoxISAPI, and IIS, etc. Anyone seen this before?

You need to register your server with DCOMCNFG properly. Basically, you're running under the SYSTEM account and user32.dll is not accessible...

Actually, this particular issue was fixed in NT Service pack 3 I believe.
Sounds like you're running an older version of NT (this wouldn't be an
issue in Win95/98).
