Use the setup wizard to create an install routine. If you compile to a EXE generally you will need to distribute only the EXE, the data files and any special DLLs that you have. The setup wizard takes care of including and installing the VFP runtime files if you check the "include runtime" box.

The directory structure you propose sounds good (the same as most installations ). Contact the folks at Codemine to see where they like their DLL to be.
