Ok, my face is red. I found out that a previous programmer put an EXCLUSIVE USE of that table deep in our class libraries, which I've never dug into very deeply before. And, of course, part of what I "snipped" in my previous message is that I almost always do a IF NOT USED(''), so it was used already, EXCLUSIVELY. Now I'm trying to figure out why in the world he did that in a class library???
