Please help !

I have real problems with my UT Navigator... I could not use it anymore, I always have a message telling me there is an OLE class not registered and out !... Everything was fine... I have installed a few new things but nothing seem to be involved in the corruption of the UT Navigator...
I've even tried to uninstall and reinstall the software and no way, always the same problem !!!
