I agree with John Petersen's response. However, I would open Excel and record a macro that formats the spreadsheet they way you want it, then copy the macro and convert it to VFP syntax. You can get some samples of VFP to Word,Excel,Outlook and Powerpoint plus the Office constants from my website.
