Visio's DBC support was limited at one point - it used the ODBC interface, which did not expose a good deal of the information in the DBC. I've not tried using it for reverse engineering a DBC with the most current ODBC driver.

There are a number of other products that do a better job of reverse engineering the DBC; XCase is a VFP-specific tool; Rational Rose and Evergreen's EasyER are more general-focus tools that have good support for the VFP DBC.
