I have a client that has been using this VFP 3.0 app for a couple of years. All of a sudden, over the past couple of weeks, the data in some of the tables will show up corrupted from time to time. Most of the time, data that should be in the left-most collumn will show up partly in the left-most and partly in the second to the left-most. All the other data in that record will be skewed over a couple of characters. This problem does not affect all the records in a given table, and will also bring with it strange characters in some of the fields. Does this sound like a hardware problem, and if so, what would cause such a thing?
